Dulcet Tile is hiring an Order Processor/ Customer Service Representative. This role will primarily support the outside sales representatives and handle order processing. You will collaborate with carriers to coordinate pick-up and delivery, monitor delivery dates. You will assist vendees with order questions, stock questions, customer service etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
· ZERO IN PERSON INTERACTION WITH CUSTOMERS
· Must be able to work Monday-Friday
· Review daily emails
· Input orders into company system
· Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
· Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
· Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
· Provide email and phone support to our dealers and sales team
Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor degree or equivalent
· 2+ years of customer service, order processing, shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
