Working under the supervision of our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, you'll help deliver engaging, effective therapy that builds real progress in the kids we serve. What You'll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
- Conduct guided therapy activities to build speech, language, and communication skills
- Document session notes and track patient progress accurately and consistently
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized, engaging treatment space
- Support pediatric cases across a range of needs, including early intervention
- Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and the care team
- Assist with screenings and administrative tasks as directed by the supervising SLP
- Follow all clinic protocols for safety, documentation, and quality of care
What You Bring
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program (associate's or bachelor's level, per state requirements)
- Current state registration/certification as an SLPA (or eligibility to obtain)
- Solid understanding of anatomy and physiology related to speech and communication
- Experience with children preferred, especially in pediatric or early intervention settings
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative, team-first mindset and genuine passion for patient care
