- Rider & Public Experience: Provide high-touch support and concierge service to passengers during recovery events or at pick-up/drop-off locations, ensuring safety, clear communication, and a professional experience.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose system blockers using terminal commands, execute power cycles, and flash firmware; perform interior/exterior detailing, manage vehicle charging, and maintain site infrastructure.
- Logistics & Market Expansion: Oversee multi-site vehicle movements, track and replenish fleet consumables, document incidents in real time, and assist with vehicle deployment and site audits for new market launches.

- Compliance: Must pass a background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen.
- Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
- Experience: 2-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment that blends logistics with customer service (e.g., hospitality, aviation ground ops, emergency response, or fleet management).
- Execution: Proven ability to execute complex procedures with a high degree of accuracy and a "customer-first" sense of urgency.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using terminal commands, mobile devices, laptops, and remote operation interfaces (Rovebot) to manage vehicle states and report anomalies.
- Driving: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean/excellent driving record.
- Experience with precision driving in high-traffic urban environments is a plus.
- Physicality: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts in both a workshop and public road environment.
