What You’ll Actually Do Here:
- Be the first point of contact for incoming leads
- Guide clients through our sales pipeline so they don’t get lost in the forest of “Do I need a crane?” and “What is a snow load?”
- Answer questions, schedule calls, follow up like a respectful menace
- Work with design, engineering, and operations to keep clients moving toward contracts
- Keep immaculate notes in our CRM
- Learn our product line so well you can talk Shastas and Bozemans in your sleep
- Bring solutions, energy, and accountability
- Be hungry. Be coachable. Be ready to grow.
What Makes You a Fit:
- You’re ambitious, personable, and not allergic to phone calls
- You move fast and communicate faster
- You’re organized or at least willing to become organized under our watch
- You can handle construction-world chaos without crying (or you cry privately, which is also fine)
- You want to grow into a true sales assassin, not just answer emails

Pay structure: $1,000 per week
Commission + bonus with the potential of earning up to $100,000 per year
(Translation: the hungrier you are, the faster your paycheck grows.)
