This role is responsible for operating personalization equipment to produce customer‑specific products while meeting productivity, quality, and security requirements. The position supports machine setup, troubleshooting, data management, quality control, and operator training to ensure customer specifications are met in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Set up and configure machine software, magnetic stripe writers and readers, camera systems, and inkjet equipment.

Manage and maintain Drop‑on‑Demand print systems, including data fields and print configurations for new customer programs.

Assist technical support teams in resolving operational issues.

Consult with management regarding machine capabilities, maintenance needs, and production concerns.

Troubleshoot and resolve production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Remake product that does not meet quality standards.

Maintain security and integrity of customer data throughout processing.

Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum of one year of experience operating machinery of similar size and complexity.
