We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Amenity Operations Assistant to support the oversight and management of a portfolio of residential amenity spaces. This role is ideal for someone with a background in pool operations and lifeguarding who is looking to expand into broader operational support, including site visits, staff oversight, and quality control. The position combines hands-on pool experience with field-based operational responsibilities across multiple locations.

Conduct regular site visits across assigned locations to ensure amenities are operating in accordance with company standards and DOH regulations

Assist in monitoring on-site staff performance, professionalism, and adherence to operational protocols

Provide real-time feedback and support to staff during site checks, including coaching on best practices

Report on site conditions, staffing concerns, and operational issues to management in a timely and detailed manner

Support onboarding and training efforts by reinforcing company procedures and safety standards in the field

Assist with scheduling coverage needs and identifying staffing gaps across the portfolio

Maintain oversight of pool operations during visits, including safety compliance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality

Step in to provide lifeguard coverage when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations

Ensure proper documentation and logging standards are being followed at each site

Seasonal position (typically spring/summer months)

Must be available for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to travel between multiple sites throughout the workday

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pool operations or aquatic facilities

Current Lifeguard Certification (required)

CPR/AED and First Aid Certification (required)

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (preferred)

Strong understanding of pool safety regulations and DOH compliance standards

Prior experience in a supervisory, lead, or quality control role is highly preferred
