You'll participate in local events, retail partnerships, and promotional campaigns designed to introduce homeowners to LeafGuard's trusted home improvement solutions.
As an Outreach Associate, you'll focus on educating homeowners, creating positive first impressions, and helping individuals learn more about the services available to them. Responsibilities of the Outreach Associate:
- Represent LeafGuard at local events, locations, and community outreach programs
- Build relationships with homeowners and community members
- Answer general questions and provide helpful information
- Schedule complimentary consultations for interested homeowners
- Assist with promotional events and marketing initiatives
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image
- Help expand community awareness through face-to-face engagement
Qualifications of the Outreach Associate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience in customer service, outreach, or event marketing is a plus but not required
