Setting up and stocking station with necessary supplies
Preparing food for service (e.g. butchering meat, preparing sauces)
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food quality is as expected and is prepared in a timely fashion
Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
We are looking for an experienced line cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu. Duties consist of assisting the other chefs with their daily tasks. You will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Must have good accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasked. Must be familiar with industry's best practices.
