CloudMasonry is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new client acquisition. This is a hunter role: the AE will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, targeting mid-to-large enterprise companies that are investing in Salesforce platform transformation.
This role will work directly with executive stakeholders to understand business needs, develop tailored Salesforce consulting solutions, and guide prospects through our sales process.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for assigned verticals or territories, targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
Align with Sr. Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to lead partner selling motions across mid-market and enterprise business units.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to shape compelling project scopes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with the client's needs.
Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand a client’s pain points, goals, and technical environment.
Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to each customer’s business case and technical requirements.
Accurately forecast opportunities and pipeline through CRM hygiene and consistent deal review.
Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through consultative, value-based selling.
Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%
5+ years of enterprise B2B software or consulting sales experience
Demonstrated track record closing deals $150K+ ACV with 3-12 month sales cycles
Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (CRM implementations, SI landscape, AppExchange)
Comfortable with multi-threaded executive-level selling (CIO, CMO, VP Ops)
Strong written and verbal communication; able to present without a script
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role includes uncapped commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications at the time of offer.
