Busser
○ Clear dirty dishes and clean/set tables
○ Clean up spills and sweep and mop
○ Throw away trash, change out sanitizer buckets, follow cleaning protocols
○ Being personable and always polite and professional with guests
○ Stocking Items at needed- plates, glassware, dirty linen bags
○ Organizing dishes in dish area
○ Knowledge of the food and beer, specials, happy hour, hours, location, directions
○ Clean front entry way - windex door, mirrors, lights
○ Stock and clean bathrooms (i.e fill toilet paper, hand towels, change linen bags etc.)
○ Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Certification Skill and Abilities:
○ Must be able to Speak, Read and write proficiently in English. Must be self starting, exhibit excellent communication skills, work independently and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Physical Demands
○ Must be able to walk and/or stand and sit for long periods throughout the day
○ Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel
○ Must be able to reach and twist occasionally
○ Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects occasionally
○ Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally
○ Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
○ Must have good hand-eye coordination
Working Environment
Restaurant May have loud music or noise and warm and cold conditions. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
