Duties
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Meet patients at their vehicle with a wheelchair when needed and escort them to the front desk for check-in.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced emergency environment
- Team player who takes initiative and supports the clinical team
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
