In this role, you get to work in a fun environment at the cafe in our fitness & spa complex servicing our members and their guests in the cafe and out at the pools! You will be responsible for delivering a memorable guest experience by providing exceptional service for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and carryout. This includes maintaining a strong knowledge and understanding of menu items, executing service from greeting the guest to providing the check, all in a team setting.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude and passion for delivering memorable experiences. Prior experience providing personalized, above and beyond service is a must. Experience in food & beverage and / or a high-end club or resort is a plus.

Greet members and their guests with a warm and professional welcome. Practice three steps of service – warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell.

Utilize name recognition and personalized service in order to maintain raving fans

Present menus, suggest dishes utilizing suggestive selling techniques, and assist in beverage selection and service. Stay updated on current menu items and specials.

Communicate specific customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and modifications to the culinary team.

Maintain inventory by replenishing coffee supplies and pastry case.

Carry food by tray from restaurant to tables and pool deck.

Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner. Direct feedback, questions, and comments to appropriate manager or department.
