Sales Agent Recruiter (Uncapped Commission)
Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$100,000+
$45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing
Your day will look something like this:
- Finding ambitious people before other companies do
- Reaching out through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and networking
- Starting conversations through messages and phone calls
- Building relationships with high-performing people
- Qualifying candidates and booking interviews
- Following up consistently to keep your pipeline moving
- Helping improve our recruiting marketing and social media campaigns
