OVERVIEW:
We are an auto parts wholesaler seeking a Full-Time entry level office position of a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE to work in the office 8 hours/day answering phone calls and taking orders from customers. It is a busy and fast paced working environment. Customer service experience and data entry skills are required. Auto parts knowledge a plus, but we will train if no auto part knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1-YEAR CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKING EXPERIENCE ON PHONE ANSWERING IN AN OFFICE. The candidates without experience need not apply.
- Language: English and Spanish fluent
- Typing: Minimum 35 wpm
- Computer savvy with e-mails and internet
- Education: High school or equivalent
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Phone etiquettes. Friendly with customers and self-motivated to perform efficiently with little supervision.
- Full-time attendance of 40 hours per week is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE’s main duties will be to answer phone calls and provide customer service.
- Data entry and processing orders
- General office work, filing, and e-mailing
- Processing customer returns (RMA)
- Following up on backorders and open orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

- For the CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE position, we will provide health insurance after a 3-month probation period. The company will pay 75% premium and you will only pay 25%.
- You will get paid vacation time off or cashed out at your option. The 1-week vacation is offered after working here for 1 year.
