About the Role
The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Front Desk while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing team.
This role is the face of the hotel. You'll create a welcoming environment for every guest, coach and develop front desk associates, solve challenges with confidence, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

What You'll Do
- Lead the daily Front Office operation and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Front Desk team members.
- Create memorable guest experiences from check-in through check-out.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operational coverage.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures.
- Support revenue goals through upselling and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments.
- Assist with audits, cash handling, reporting, and operational documentation.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience leading Front Office operations in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.

- Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems (OnQ, Opera, or similar preferred).
- Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
