Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Develop detailed construction schedules coordinating all activities for seamless progress.
- Monitor construction site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility before execution.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project financials and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, address issues promptly, and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing infrastructure or highway construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Strong skills in cost management, project scheduling, and budget control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication channels.
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety oversight and quality assurance.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
