We’re looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated Kitchen Team Members to help us deliver high-quality food and a great experience every single day.
Duties
- Prepare fresh ingredients and proteins daily
- Build Makirritos, bowls, sides, and sauces with consistency and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties
- Work closely with the front team to keep orders moving efficiently
- Maintain quality presentation and portioning
- Contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen environment
What we are looking for

- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we can train the right person
- Sushi or prep experience is a bonus
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
