About the Role:
Do you enjoy working hands-on with robotic welders and keeping production running at peak performance?
We’re looking for a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding equipment used in the production of hydraulic cylinder components. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining weld quality, minimizing downtime, and ensuring parts meet specifications while keeping production moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Operate robotic welding equipment to weld cylinder components, rods, and tubes
Load, tack, and feed parts into robotic welders to maintain production flow
Monitor weld quality and identify/correct defects (porosity, undercut, etc.)
Set up fixtures and robotic workstations according to production standards
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or welding experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Basic shop math skills (measurements, fractions, tolerances)
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
