As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brief Summary of Duties:

Assisting customers through email and in person
-
Assist in pulling and packaging of equipment for shipment

Prepare IT type Equipment to be listed for sale on eBay
-
Assist in the remarketing of IT type equipment
-
Use internal software (Everest and Iinvision) and Sixbit software used to list equipment online
-
Keeping the storage locations of listed equipment neat and organized
-
Other duties as assigned by department supervisor
Experience and/or Education Requirements:
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Proficient tying skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
-
Familiar with selling on eBay and other online sales venues
-
Is able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience and/or Education Preferred:
-
A+ certified, Degree in Electronics or IT field

Background working with PC type equipment

Sales Experience

Previous employment in computer related job

Good working knowledge of IT equipment and its value
