Our growing gymnastics club is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to support our coaches and leadership team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment and managing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for coaching and front desk staff
- Maintain employee records and onboarding documents
- Assist with hiring paperwork and background checks
- Track staff certifications and training requirements
- Support basic HR compliance tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Payroll and/or HR admin experience preferred
- Proficiency with office software
