What You’ll Do
- Lead and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Support and enhance recruitment efforts through innovative sourcing and talent acquisition strategies
- Oversee employee orientation and onboarding to ensure a welcoming, seamless new-hire experience
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop job descriptions and employment contracts
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Drive succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through communication and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
What You Bring
Skills & Expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience with employee orientation and onboarding
- Contract negotiation and employment agreement management
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Talent acquisition expertise with a focus on diverse candidate pipelines
- Succession planning and leadership development experience
- Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of human capital management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of HR management experience
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, FMLA, and benefits administration
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and performance management
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
