Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and dependable construction crews to join our growing team for ongoing residential and commercial projects. We are looking for professional crews who take pride in quality workmanship, meet deadlines, and maintain safe job sites.
Projects may include new construction, renovations, exterior work, framing, siding, roofing, trim, punch-out work, and general construction services.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned construction projects according to scope and schedule
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
- Coordinate effectively with project managers and site supervisors
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Identify and communicate project issues promptly
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within specifications
Requirements:
- Proven construction experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Must have own crew, transportation, and tools/equipment
- Valid business license and insurance
- Ability to read blueprints and project scopes (preferred)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Must be dependable and professional
