Dedicated to caring for the senior population, this organization is a leader in value-based care, empowering physicians to focus on preventive medicine, quality outcomes, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.
This position offers:
- Competitive Base Compensation+Bonus
- 100% Outpatient schedule
- Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- 13-15 pts per day avg
- EMR: eClinicalWorks

Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing adult primary care focusing on the Senior/Medicare Advantage patient
- Comfortable with a small panel size and building relationships with your patients
- Able to work with a Team who focus on Value Based Care
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active state medical license-MD or DO
- Board certified/eligible Internal or Family Medicine
- Value-based care experience preferred
