Job Title: Occupational Therapist- Outpatient
Job location: Kalamazoo, MI
Schedule: Day (4x8 Hours) 7:30 17:00, 32 hrs gtd.
Contract legth: 13 weeks
*This is a hospital based outpatient rehabilitation clinic. patient diagnosis include lymphedema, cog eval/treatment and other musculoskeletal and neurological diagnosis.*
Requirements:
- Certifications Required: BLS (AHA), MI State License
- Experience Required: Lymphedema, Manual Therapy, Hand Therapy
- Required years of experience: 1 years; must have travel experience
- EPIC experience required.
- Daily Patient Load: 10-11
- Patient Groups: Adults required, adolescent preferred
