- 7+ years in business development, sales, or strategic account roles in semiconductor or related high tech industries.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. semiconductor fabs, buying processes, and technical environments.
- Strong understanding of fluid handling, wet process, chemical or slurry systems (preferred).
- Proven track record winning multi million dollar capital equipment or engineered solutions.
- Ability to influence cross functional teams without authority.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer facing skills.
- Growth mindset and willingness to operate in a fast changing, scaling environment.
