Most sales jobs make you find your own people to sell to. Here, the leads come to you. Oakstone runs a steady flow of outbound leads, so your time goes toward talking to borrowers and closing deals. We've got the systems, training, and volume in place; what we need are originators who can sell.
This is a phone-first, outbound sales role. We provide the leads and the process. You bring the work ethic to dial, connect, and close. The people who do well here aren't always the most experienced they're the ones who stay disciplined and keep working the phone through a full day of calls.
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
- Work outbound leads daily in a high-activity, high-conversation environment
- Build trust fast, understand what each borrower actually needs, and match them to the right loan.
- Tap into a deep investor lineup , with multiple investors behind you, you've got the flexibility to get almost any scenario done instead of turning borrowers away. More ways to place a deal means more ways to earn and more borrowers you can actually help.
- Learn and run a sales process built to convert, we train you on it, so you're not figuring it out alone
- Handle objections, stay resilient, and keep your momentum through a full day of calls. The only reason to be here is to win in a "tough market"
- Manage your leads and follow-ups so nothing falls through. Every scenario is a chance to sharpen your skills and learn a new way to structure a deal.
