Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating drivers, tracking loads, communicating with customers, and ensuring safe and efficient overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and monitor drivers during night shift operations
- Track loads and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes
- Maintain accurate records of tickets, BOLs, and operational data
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
- Ensure compliance with company safety and logistics procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, logistics software)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
