Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, maintain clean/ dry floors throughout the shift
Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more Properly washes, stacks, and stores china glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage container often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties. Assists in the timely storing of food delivers.
Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the kitchen manager as needed
Basic Math and Reading, Computer and POS Knowledge, Ability to lift 40lbs.
Planning and multi-tasking, Self-motivated with a high energy level, communication skills, ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities.
Requires Tulsa County Food Handlers Permit, Reliable transportation and Availability for Late Night shifts and weekends.
