We're looking for an experienced Meat Cutter/Butcher to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of meat cutting, including whole carcass breakdown, fabrication, trimming, and producing high quality finished products. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, maintains a positive attitude, and is a dependable team player.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a meat cutter or butcher required
- Knowledge of whole carcass breakdown and meat fabrication
- Ability to produce high-quality cuts with attention to detail
- Ability to operate meat processing machines safely and efficiently
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently, and as part of a team
