Job Responsibilities:

Provide support with office-related functions

Answer telephone

Greet/assist parents and staff

Translate oral and written communication (English/Spanish)

Assist with student needs
-
Key data into multiple systems
-
Other duties as assigned by the building principal
Other Information:

High School diploma required
-
Proficient or willing to learn Google Suite

Proficient in typing
-
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

Experience working with children preferred

Works 2 weeks before school year and ends 1 week after school ends

Willingness to administer medicine (training provided)
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
