Join our team as a Parts Specialist and become a vital contributor to our sales operations! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing parts for Tractors and heavy equipment as well as hydraulic hoses, fluids, and supplies
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and supplies
- Manage inventory control using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software to ensure stock accuracy
- Process sales transactions efficiently with cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organized stock shelves, stock incoming parts, and ensure proper stocking procedures are followed to optimize inventory levels
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment parts sales or dealership environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as CMMS or similar software tools
- Demonstrated ability in retail sales, including POS operations, cashiering, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of hydraulic hoses and fitting identification.
- Ability to work unsupervised
In this role, you will be trained to efficiently manage day to day operations As you will be working alone very often once comfortable with position.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
