Help Build Something Meaningful
FYZICAL Southern Denver is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate Mental Health Therapist to help build and grow our behavioral health program within our thriving multidisciplinary pediatric and adult therapy practice.
This is a unique opportunity to join an established organization while helping shape a brand-new service line. Rather than joining a traditional counseling practice, you'll collaborate alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to provide truly integrated, whole-person care.
Whether your passion is working with young children, adolescents, adults, or families, we'll help you build a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests and long-term professional goals.
Why You'll Love Working HereBeautiful Treatment Spaces
Provide therapy in thoughtfully designed treatment rooms and have access to our large sensory gyms, allowing for movement-based interventions, emotional regulation activities, parent coaching, social skills groups, and creative treatment approaches that simply aren't possible in a traditional office setting.
Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Care
Work alongside an incredible team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists who collaborate daily to provide comprehensive care. You'll have opportunities to consult with other disciplines, participate in co-treatments when clinically appropriate, and make a meaningful impact as part of a truly collaborative healthcare team.
Choose Your Clinic
This in-person position can be based out of either our Castle Rock or Parker clinic, allowing you to choose the location that best fits your commute and preferences.
Administrative Support
Focus on your clients while our team handles scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and front office coordination.
Help Shape a Growing Program
You'll play an important role in developing our behavioral health services while having the stability of joining an established practice with a strong referral network already in place.
