We are invested in developing new clinicians into strong mental health providers with enhance ability to provide high-quality therapeutic services. This fee-for-service position is designed to prepare new graduates for their career in the mental health sector. The position will provide hands on training and development building on concepts learned within their MSW program. Clinical supervision is provided to support in obtaining independent licensure in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial intake assessments to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy via telehealth and/or in-person sessions, depending on client need and preference.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the practice and coordinate with external providers to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings or case consultations as requested.
- Manage a caseload and adhere to practice standards regarding productivity.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work with an active and unrestricted provisional license (LCSW) in RI or MA by the time of hire.
- Experience in a counseling setting during practicum/internship or post-graduate experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a collaborative team member.

Base Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
