Property Management Company seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians
Hours are M-F 9 am-5 pm
Most of our properties are in the Hilliard/Dublin/Worthington/Columbus area, and this position requires driving between locations.
Pay is based on experience.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year of previous experience in a related field of maintenance, be well organized, have a solid maintenance background, and have their own basic tools. You must possess a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs around the properties
General apartment repairs, plumbing, kitchen and bath remodeling, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and floor installation
Completing apartment turns- punch-outs
Helping maintain curb appeal
Can handle projects at multiple properties
Able to work independently with little to no supervision
Ability to effectively communicate with other employees both in person, written and via electronic channels.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards. Ability to move and ascend/descend areas within the property.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
