Mayfield Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Director of Maintenance, with experience in a health care setting strongly preferred.

DUTIES:
- Responsible for all maintenance department operations.
- Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance and equipment performance.
- Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules.
- Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed n accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
- Must have the ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service.
- Moderate level trade skills required: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task / stay on task and maintain focus in stressful situations.
