Night Owl Cookies is seeking Supervisors to join our team. As a well-established and highly regarded restaurant in South Florida, and South Florida's first late night cookie delivery service, we have now expanded into Orlando.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shift
- Supervise staff members to maintain high-quality service standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
-Make all orders with pride and excellence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as assistant manager or shift supervisor, preferably in the hospitality industry (preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
