- Global Social Media & On-site Lead Generation: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to execute targeted pre-show buyer invitations; design interactive on-site activities to convert booth traffic into core customer assets within the CRM system.
- Agile On-site Collaboration: Optimize on-site food tasting, sample displays, and business negotiation workflows; establish a rapid "on-site demand-to-sales team" transfer mechanism to ensure high-intent food wholesalers and supermarket buyers are followed up with within 2 hours.
- Overseas Procurement & External Liaison: Lead external business communications and matchmaking for global procurement resources during exhibitions; scout premium overseas food ingredient suppliers, packagers, or OEMs, and conduct seamless business negotiations and preliminary contract reviews.
- Cross-Border Logistics & Compliance Risk Control: Coordinate with international freight forwarders to manage transnational transportation, cold-chain/temperature-controlled logistics, customs clearance, and US FDA import compliance filings for exhibits and tasting samples, ensuring all materials and food products arrive safely, legally, and timely.
- Local Supply Chain & Booth Construction Management: Coordinate and interface with overseas (especially US local) booth builders, printing vendors, and gift suppliers; implement strict budget control and engineering quality checks to ensure flawless booth presentation.
- Multilingual & Localized Content Development: Spearhead the creation of English product brochures and formulation white papers that align with the reading habits of North American and international buyers, while strictly complying with local food labeling laws (e.g., US nutrition labeling standards).
Job Requirements & Core Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in professional business English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of using it as a working language for high-frequency, barrier-free business negotiations, procurement inquiries, and external liaisons on-site.
- Overseas Resource Pipeline: Possess and proficiently leverage established premium international and overseas (especially US local) booth builder networks, international freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with overseas food exhibition rules; practical experience with US FDA food registration/certification, USDA APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) regulations, and standard international trade terms (Incoterms) is highly preferred.
- Digital Tool Application: Proficient in mainstream overseas digital marketing tools; experienced in operating and analyzing data within globally recognized CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Core Module: Channels & Sales Outreach1. Target Retail Channel Development
- Supermarket & Convenience Store Outreach: Proactively connect with, pitch to, and onboard key target retail accounts, including major supermarkets, convenience store chains, and independent grocery stores.
- Lead Conversion: Establish direct communication lines with corporate retail buyers and category managers to secure shelf space and driving brand visibility.
2. Commercial Quotation & Distribution Pitching
- Professional Outreach Campaigns: Execute targeted B2B email outreach campaigns to high-potential leads and corporate buyers.
- Quotation Dispatch: Deliver comprehensive sales pitches accompanied by formal price quotations, product catalogs, order minimums (MOQs), and distribution terms.
3. Brand Agent & Distributor Recruitment
- Market Expansion: Scout, interview, and sign dedicated sales agents, brokers, and regional distributors to accelerate market penetration.
- Agent Onboarding: Build a scalable network of brand ambassadors and sales representatives to aggressively expand regional and national market coverage.
4. Securing Manufacturing Contracts
- Contract Negotiation: Spearhead commercial negotiations with international manufacturing partners, co-packers, or OEM/ODM facilities.
- Legal & Supply Binding: Secure and finalize binding, long-term production and manufacturing contracts to guarantee stable supply, quality control, and optimized cost of goods sold (COGS).
