Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate
Ironwood West Michigan Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Sales Associate to join our growing retail team in Kalamazoo, MI.
This is a full-time, W-2 position offering paid training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find solutions that fit their needs.
Pay
$16-$20 per hour
Additional performance-based earnings may be available.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a retail environment
- Answer questions regarding products and services
- Help customers with account enrollment and service options
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or related experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
