Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Reports To: Director of Sales/Partner
Position Summary: Responsible for portfolio retention and new business development in the New Jersey/New York Territory
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (must be willing to work nights and weekends, if necessary)
Salary: Base salary + commission
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and CRM updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in territory sales or related field
- Excellent account management and customer service skills
- Technical sales background is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
