HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio, offering the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training by combining:
- HEAT (Dimension 1)
- INFRARED ENERGY (Dimension 2)
- EXERCISE (Dimension 3)
Our innovative workouts help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories—all in a semi-private, virtual-instructor-led environment designed for ALL fitness levels. We offer unlimited access to sessions such as HOT YOGA, HOT CYCLE, HOT PILATES, HOT BUNS, and more, ensuring members get MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

What You'll Do:
✅ Membership Sales & Studio Growth – Meet and exceed sales goals by building strong relationships with prospective and current members.
✅ Community Engagement & Outreach – Promote HOTWORX through phone calls, texts, emails, and at local events to connect with potential members.
✅ Studio Tours & Guest Follow-Up – Call and schedule prospective members for trial sessions, provide enthusiastic and informative studio tours, and follow up with guests.
✅ Superior Customer Service – Provide a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure long-term member satisfaction and retention.
✅ Studio Maintenance & Cleanliness – Maintain a clean, professional, and safe studio environment at all times.
Who We're Looking For:
- Outgoing and motivated individuals with previous sales experience or a strong desire to grow in a sales role.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle—you live the HOTWORX brand!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people both in person and over the phone.
