Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Traveling Construction Superintendent and lead the charge on construction projects across multiple locations. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities across multiple job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and guide onsite execution.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
- Manage project scheduling
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work for adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of daily activities, safety incidents, change orders, and progress reports.
- Lead supervising teams on-site; motivate personnel while managing performance and resolving conflicts efficiently.
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising multiple sites while traveling extensively.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of contracts management, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance processes.
- Prior construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance under OSHA regulations.
- Management experience supervising diverse teams of tradespeople and subcontractors in fast-paced environments.
Pay: $65,995.76 - $100,000.00 per year
