We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Maintain Peak Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on manufacturing, packaging, and pneumatic equipment.aerosol/liquid filling systems, packaging lines, and conveyors in compliance with ISO and plant SOP standards.
Electrical & PLC Systems: Diagnose high-voltage electrical panels, VFDs, motors, electronic sensors, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Champion Accessibility & Safety: Maintain safety mechanisms and custom machine adaptations to ensure a safe, accessible environment for visually impaired machine operators.
Fabricate & Repair: Utilize machine shop tools, welding, and hydraulic controls to repair components and minimize downtime.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency:skill reading electrical schematics, using multimeters, operating power tools, and welding.
Education: High school diploma or GED; technical trade certification preferred.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Line Setup: Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and line set-ups on high-speed production machinery, aerosol/liquid filling systems, packaging lines, and conveyors in compliance with ISO and plant SOP standards.
Electrical & Automation Troubleshooting: Diagnose, program, and repair PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), variable frequency drives (VFDs), high-voltage electrical panels, transformers, and electronic sensor controls.
Mechanical, Pneumatics & Hydraulics: Analyze mechanical failures, rebuild pumps and valves, adjust pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and perform custom welding, machining, or fabrication to minimize machine downtime.
Accessible Safety Standards: Maintain facility safety mechanisms, guards, and emergency cut-offs, actively eliminating hazards to ensure a safe, accessible workplace for blind and visually impaired machine operators.
Facility Upkeep & Inventory Management: Execute general building maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, basic carpentry), log daily work orders, maintain optimal spare parts inventory, and oversee third-party contractors.
