Role Description Lee BIA is seeking a Development & Partnerships/Membership Manager to recruit and retain membership and donations through donor relations, sponsorships, and event management/engagement. This combined position will work with both the Lee BIA and its charity Builders Care.
This is a highly relationship-driven role for someone who understands how to connect events, donors, sponsorships, and membership value into measurable revenue and retention growth across both organizations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Donor/Membership Growth
- Drive donor/membership recruitment and retention strategies.
- Manage donor and membership database and reporting.
- Strengthen donor/member engagement and participation.
- Support outreach and value-driven communication.
- Manage sponsor/donor relationships and fulfillment.
- Secure and grow events and program sponsorships.
- Collaborate on planning and executing fundraising and engagement events.
- Help secure and manage event sponsor deliverables.
Operations & CRM (Customer Relations Management)
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sponsorship/member tracking.
- Support KPI (Key Performance Indicators) tracking and reporting on revenue and engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in sponsorship sales, membership and/or event management roles
- Proven success generating sponsorship revenue or growing membership organizations.
- Strong experience managing sponsorships and event-based partnerships.
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) required.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Strong background in Microsoft Products, Adobe
- Detailed oriented.
Schedule Requirements
- Full-time position
- Some evening and weekend work required for events and member activities.

- Salary: 50 to 60K
