Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager — Distribution Products (U.S.) This role will mainly focus on sales for distribution products, including oil-immersed transformers, single-phase pole-mounted transformers, and single-phase pad-mounted transformers. The candidate should have relevant product line experience, customer resources, or industry connections, and should be able to independently develop the market and drive sales results.
As part of a growing North American operation, you will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting long-term market expansion in collaboration with our headquarters team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across North America through prospecting, outbound calls, emails, trade shows, networking, and customer visits
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations, quotations, and commercial solutions
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
- Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, production updates, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to increase brand awareness
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales experience in power distribution, utilities, electrical equipment, transformers, or related industrial industries
- Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively
- Experience working with utility, municipal, cooperative, or industrial customers is a plus
- Knowledge of distribution transformers or electrical infrastructure products preferred
- Excellent English communication skills required
- Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a strong plus for collaboration with headquarters
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and trade shows

Competitive base salary with a performance-based bonus structure.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
