Duties:
- Lead and collaborate with automotive sales team to ensure success through training and leadership.
- Comply with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations and other legal requirements related to financial services.
- Negotiate loan terms and interest rates with lenders on behalf of customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or finance.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable loan terms for customers.
- Proficient in customer relationship management to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of financial services and lending processes.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of loan applications and documentation.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
