We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team immediately. This is a field-based position where you will meet with homeowners, evaluate their needs, present our services, and close sales.
The ideal candidate has a proven sales background, with a strong preference for someone who has experience selling services rather than retail products. Experience in the door, window, glass, or home improvement industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads in a timely manner.
- Meet with homeowners and potential clients at their properties.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend the appropriate services.
- Build trust with customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the office and operations team to schedules services
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Experience selling services is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the door, window, glass, remodeling, or home improvement industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling to customer appointments throughout the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 per year + Commission
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
