Construction Laborer Disaster Restoration Technician Qualifications Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can perform in a fast paced environment and can assist with emergency restoration services (water, fire, smoke damage, demolition and content cleaning).
Construction Laborer Disaster Restoration Technician Responsibilities
- Ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are readily available for emergency management.
- Performs damage repair to properties including: removing/disposing of damaged materials and demolition
- Can take detailed notes and photos and videos for progress reports.
- Can communicate well with customers in a professional and respectful manor.
- Can work within a team and follow orders accordingly.
Construction Laborer Disaster Restoration Technician Requirements
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry not required but preferred
- Valid Drivers’ License and satisfactory driving record
- Have Good verbal, written, and communication skills
- Display Good customer service.
- Experience with using mobile device to exchange restoration data.
- Have the ability to read and follow product label warnings and instructions.
- Reports to work on time in a clean and complete uniform.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
Construction Laborer Disaster Restoration Technician: Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Employee must be prepared to:
- Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Share & receive ideas and instructions in a productive & professional manner.
- Use respirators as required.
- Be willing to work inside and outside in various weather conditions.
