Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client base and building strong, lasting relationships with new business partners. Your enthusiasm, proactive outreach, and excellent communication skills will help us unlock new opportunities and accelerate our growth. This position is IN-OFFICE- 8am-5pm. Monday- Friday- 40 hours a week.
Duties
- Respond to logistic quotes and inquires to move freight
- Initiate outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients
- Follow through and track leads through CRM
- Work alongside marketing teams.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with potential clients to secure new partnerships and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
Skills
- Must enjoy talking to people and selling logistic services.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships and trust in business development efforts
