We're looking for a Manufacturing Specialist who enjoys working with their hands, values quality, and takes pride in creating exceptional products. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to learn new skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you.
Position Summary
As a Manufacturing Specialist, you'll learn the requirements of each customer project and ensure you have the proper materials, tools, and knowledge to build quality products efficiently. You'll work closely with your team to meet production goals while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
What You'll Do
· Learn the assembly process for a variety of customer products and document build procedures as needed.
· Assemble components using verbal and written instructions.
· Safely operate power tools, hand tools, pneumatic tools, sanding equipment, cutting tools, and production machinery.
· Monitor production output and accurately record daily production and scrap.
· Work safely around manufacturing equipment, tools, and industrial ovens.
· Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production schedules.
· Manage your time effectively while producing high-quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Take pride in building products that support industries such as medical, automotive, clean energy, retail, and home furnishings.
What We're Looking For
· Previous manufacturing, assembly, and power tool experience is preferred.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
· Strong communication skills and a positive team-first attitude.
· Self-motivated with a commitment to working safely every day.
· Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where getting a little dirty is part of the job.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 62.5 pounds.
· Ability to stand for extended periods.
· Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements throughout the workday.
· Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment, tools, and industrial ovens.
