About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-driven Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, is comfortable recommending products and services, and can learn our POS system quickly.
This position is more than just customer service—you will have opportunities to earn commission by actively selling our products and services while creating a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent, professional customer service
- Sell and promote shipping services and related solutions
- Sell PO Boxes and mailbox services
- Sell shipping and packing supplies
- Process and assist customers with passport photos
- Perform and assist with Live Scan fingerprinting services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Ask satisfied customers for Google reviews
- Meet individual and store sales goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
- Package, ship, receive, and process customer shipments
- Handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, shipping, and customer information
- Work weekends and holidays as needed
- Maintain open availability and flexibility with scheduling
